I was born and raised in Ethiopia and moved to Europe in 2018. I love to share the Ethiopian culture and hospitality by cooking the most flavourful dishes.
Family is what matters most to me. My mother Yesma (in Ethiopia) is preparing our unique sun-dried spices, my wife Inge is taking care of marketing & administration and I hope to inspire my daughters to get to know their Ethiopian roots.
